Bombay Vegetables
Ingredients
1 tablespoon Mama Dor’s Bombay Potatoes Spice Blend
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 courgette, cut julienne style
1 carrot, cut julienne style
½ cabbage, cut julienne style
1 red pepper, cut julienne style
Method
In a deep-frying pan, add the vegetables, oil and the Mama Dor’s spice blend.
Mix well, cover and cook on a medium heat for about 30-40 minutes, stirring regularly.
