The spices available are listed below. These are the spices that are used in Mama Dor’s Spice Blends, and are purchased in bulk from a wonderful UK based spice mill. This means they are all fresh, fragrant and without any additional additives!

5. Dhana jeera (used commonly in Indian cooking, this is a wonderful combination of ground cumin and coriander)
