Gujarati Chicken Pilau
Ingredients
1 Portion of Gujarati Chicken Masala, as per recipe card, cooked
1 cup basmati rice, washed & soaked
1.5 cups water
1 tsp salt
Method
Once the Gujarati Chicken is cooked, as per the recipe card, add the water and salt.
Turn the heat to a high temperature and allow to come to a boil.
Drain and add the rice, stirring well.
Cover and leave to bubble for 5 minutes.
Stir well again, cover and leave on a very low heat for about 30 minutes until all the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked.
