Non-Fried Crispy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Mama Dor’s Gujarati Chicken Masala Spice Blend

  • 1kg chicken legs

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 150g ground almonds

Method

Marinate the chicken with the spice blend and oil.

Leave for at least two hours, covered in the fridge.

Dip the marinated chicken in the beaten egg, followed by the ground almonds.

Once all coated, leave again in the fridge for about 30 minutes before cooking.

Bake in a 180-degree oven for about 50 minutes, turning halfway through.
