Tandoori Prawns

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Mama Dor’s Tandoori Rub

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 500g shell-on king prawns

Method

Marinate the prawns with the Mama Dor’s Spice Blend and oil.

Leave for at least two hours, covered in the fridge.

Cook on the BBQ, in the oven or even on the hob!

These won’t need cooking for too long.
